Customer Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are packed or dispatched.

Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Cancellation by Planter India

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Delivery location not serviceable
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Technical issues

If we cancel your order after payment, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations are refunded within 5–7 business days.
