At Planter India, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds are available if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product arrives severely damaged.
- The product is missing from your order.
- The order cannot be fulfilled by us.
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Delivery attempts failed due to customer unavailability
- Natural variation in plant size, color, or appearance
- Damage caused after delivery due to improper care
Refund Process
Once approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time is generally 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
